PERSONAL DATA DISCLAIMER

Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“general data protection regulation, hereinafter “Regulation”), personal data contributed by site users who submit requests by means of the “Contacts” page or the contacts published on the site will be processed for the sole purpose of fulfilling the said requests, under art. 6, comma 1, subsection b) of the Regulation. Only the data specified as compulsory are necessary; if they are not provided no reply will be possible. Personal data may be accessible to and processed by the Data Controller’s employees and associates in their capacity as data processors or users, and also by any third parties, designated external data processors, which support the Data Controller in the management of the internet site; the data will not be disseminated.
The data thus collected will only be stored to meet the obligations contained in art. 2214 of the Italian Civil Code. In their capacity as data subjects, users of the site are granted the rights contained in article 15 and following articles of the Regulation, including the right to apply to the data controller for access to the personal data and the rectification or erasure of the personal data or restriction of the processing of personal data concerning them, or the right to object to their processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (for further details on procedures, in Italy, go to  www.garanteprivacy.it, together with the right to obtain information regarding the origin of the data and the purposes and procedures by which they are collected, and the erasure or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, by applying to Daniela Vincenzetti in her capacity as Data Controller of Tradex di Daniela Vincenzetti, at the email address d.vincenzetti@tradex.it or by sending a registered letter to the Data Controller at its registered office: Tradex di Daniela Vincenzetti Via Jesi 2/a, 61122 Pesaro (PU).
